Eroda Terms of Service

Eroda provides cloud based software for beauty salons, nail salons, barbershops, spas, and other service businesses to manage employee records, service entries, tips, commissions, hours worked, payroll reporting, and related business operations.

Eroda is not a payroll provider, accounting firm, tax advisor, or employer of your employees.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

If you register on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify Eroda immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change with reasonable notice.

Taxes may be added where required by law.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Eroda may offer a free plan or trial.

Free plans may have limitations including:

• Number of employees
• Storage
• Features
• Reporting capabilities

Eroda may modify or discontinue free plans at any time.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with the Service.
• Reverse engineer the software.
• Share accounts without authorization.
• Use the Service for fraudulent activity.

You retain ownership of all data you submit.

You grant Eroda a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to collect and upload employee information.

If you store employee information in Eroda, you represent that:

• You have obtained any required consent.
• You comply with applicable employment laws.
• You comply with privacy laws applicable to your business.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Eroda Privacy Policy.

Eroda calculates information based on data entered by users.

You are solely responsible for:

• Payroll accuracy
• Employee payments
• Tax withholdings
• Government filings
• Employment compliance

Eroda does not guarantee payroll calculations or tax accuracy.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, internet failures, or third party services may temporarily affect availability.

The Service may integrate with third party platforms including email providers, payment processors, accounting software, calendars, or other services.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Eroda is not responsible for third party services.

The Service, software, branding, logos, designs, and content are owned by Eroda or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any portion of the Service without written permission.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Eroda a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use those suggestions without compensation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraud is suspected.
• Required by law.
• Non payment occurs.

You may cancel your account at any time.

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.

After account cancellation, Eroda may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Inactive accounts and associated data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eroda disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eroda and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business
• Lost data
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Eroda during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Eroda against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.
• Data you upload.

Eroda may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

For users located in Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.

For users located in the United States, mandatory consumer protection laws of your state may apply where required.

Before filing legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good faith discussions.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eroda regarding the Service.
